  3. Thank you for replying. I am 5’2. I weighed 254 October 8 2019 on the day of my surgery. My health issues are PTSD and COPD. I don’t have pictures but my pant size has gone from a 20 to a 12. I do a little exercise with bands. I also bought a Cubii elliptical this past week. I track my food on the app Baritastic. I also track my steps.
  4. I had my surgery last October. I’ve lost 48 pounds. Now I’ve been stuck at 191 for the last month. However I do struggle with getting enough water In everyday. Could that be why I am at a standstill? Any suggestions. It’s really depressing.
