  1. My nutritionist told me I should stay clear of caffeine after my surgery because while I’m healing it will cause extreme stomach pain. How long after surgery did you wait to have caffeine again? I don’t have tons but like one cup of coffee. Even decaf would be fine but even decaf has some caffeine.
  2. It’s most like just a gas bubble. Very common. Try sleeping sitting up. Should help. It will go away in time if it is gas.
  3. I’m in Tennessee. 7am gastric sleeve! ?
  4. I just found yesterday, I’m scheduled for March 18! Wow! It’s getting real!
