  2. I just started soft foods just remember to take your time and eat small bites and eat slow you will be ok i still have some pain if i dont chew enough but ive been doing pretty good. You got this

So i had the gastric bypass on feb. 6th almost a month i have been stuck on my same weight for almost 2 weeks now i was on full liquid then i moved to puree then this past Saturday i moved to soft foods i have been doing good with soft foods. but is it normal to just stop losing weight for 2 weeks last time i went to the dr i was at the same weight as now and the nurse said don’t worry every one loses different and not to worry. my husband says he can see a difference and i can to but i guess i want to know did u stop losing and is this normal ive lost a total of 33 lbs from the time i started the 10 day liquid diet before surgery. But as of 2 weeks ago i havent lost anything not sure inches because i didn’t measure myself before
