I am grateful to have made it to see my 40th birthday today. My baby boy only made it to see his 10th. I will turn 40 again next year and celebrate on someone's island! ?? I am grateful that I lost my grief weight of 40lbs, plus an additional 10, totaling 50lbs down by my 40th birthday. I am grateful for my family and friends, who love and support me.

Thanks!! I have been doing pretty good with water intake. I put a hint of flavor because plain water just won't go down. It is so hard. Yes, I absolutely need to start my vitamins again. Any suggestions? The chewables make me gag.

Greetings All. May I please have a few suggestions and some encouragement? I was doing well since having my sleeve done on 6/5. Until On 6/22, I was 23lbs down. Then, I had a few hiccups. On 6/22, I had to go back into the hospital. I was not able to put anything in, and even vitamins came back up. I stayed in the hospital for three days. I was put on fluids for dehydration and prednisone for a swollen esophagus. I was discharged on 6/24 and had put on 8lbs of water weight. Discharge orders were for me to return to liquids and puree. Yesterday was my last day on prednisone and I have been back to exercising. Today, that fluid retention weight is off, but I have not lost anymore. I need to keep losing! Too early for this!! PS, I cannot [emoji102] at another Ensure or Boost. My Protein intake is terrible! I am playing around with a lot of things..... I cannot find anything palatable!
