Does anyone know a fill doc in egypt i am in Saudi Arabia now and there are tons of fills Doctors but my collage will start first week of October (in Egypt) and i don't know any doctors there Could someone guide me?

sorry i didn't mean to imply that your liver is enlarged because of drinking i just read somewhere in the forum about this issue and this is what i understood from the topic i am glad you took it this friendly way otherwise i am sorry

it is good to have Jello once in a while it shuts up the hungry stomach lol

i use KIRKLAND signature Daily Multi Vitamins and Minerals but i break the tablet in half before i swallow because its kind of big and i don't taste it much i just swallow it:thumbup:

about the pre-op diet: the doctor told me i should only drink liquids one day before the surgery and thats it!! may be because of my age and the fact that i never drank alcohol in my life my liver was not enlarged so much but thats only what i think, i didn't get the chance to ask the doctor

i didn't know about the multivitamins for life, i guess the doctor was going to prescribe another 6 months of it i also think the antibiotic is for a quick healthy recovery for the stomach and the wound

Thanks guys for the moral help i am really happy now i am eating less than half a bowl of soup per meal twice a day i drink a lot of water and sugar free apple juice every day and the medications as well

hey everybody i got banded :frown: on Saturday the 30th of August i have little pain :w00t: at the incision site and the band it self is irritating me a little bit :tt2: today i had my first soup :frown:, i was living on water the past 2 days and the I.V. :smile: my doctor prescribed a multi vitamin tablets for 6 months and stomach tablets for 1 month and an antibiotic for 1 week wish me luck y'all

my doctor didn't ask for a pre-operative diet neither and he is on of the best in Jeddah he did the surgery for 3 of my friends without any complications nor pre-operative diets i guess it is just optional or depending on the patients liver size and the amount of fatty tissue in the abdominal cavity

this is my first thread i am so excited:bananajump: today i bought the Swedish Band and my surgery is on Saturday in King Fahd General Hospital, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia i'll write again after the surgery to tell you how i feel and everything
