@mahtab try not to be upset , a lot of the ladies here are very correct, for people that don’t have as much to lose, we will lose slower

I had my surgery on Dec. 16, 2019. My surgery weight was 214 lb and I am now at 187 lbs. I have lost 24 lbs so far which seems to be very slow compared to what other people have been saying which makes me upset. I have started to workout to jump start my metabolism so that helps.

1/2 lb per day is great. Don't know what your goal is, but in another 43 days you will be @ 76kg. Seems pretty good to me.

I had surgery the same day as you. I was stuck at 25lbs down for the last 2-3 weeks (since I've returned to work). I JUST lost 3lbs over the weekend so now I'm 28lbs down.
Same as far as the first week being the most weight lost, and I haven't worked out at all yet.
I increased my protein and I'm forcing more water as I could only get 2 16oz bottles in a day..maybe! And who knows if that's what got those 3lbs off but I'm going to stick to what I'm doing for now, you could see if that helps?
