  2. I swear I could've written this post myself! Since Saturday, I feel like I've been digging myself out of a hydration/protein deficit. So, instead of tackling my physical activity goal for this week, I've found myself back on the couch, taking "small, frequent sips" of water, eating eggs and turkey, and swilling protein shakes. *sigh* But, I guess it's like my college softball coach used to say, "Practice makes Permanent." We got this.
