I'm supposed to be at Wilmington hospital

When I first talked to them everything was fine. Then when the Drs office sent everything in I was told I don't have bariatric coverage but if they list it under general surgery it would be accepted. I'm so upset!!!

I was denied by my insurance company. Making phone calls tomorrow morning. ??????

Hello So there was a mistake in my insurance information so I had to correct this and I'm waiting to hear back. Thanks for asking.

I live in Delaware. I was so close just had to be scheduled for picking up my optifast and scheduling my surgery. But now things have been postponed. This makes me so sad . My husband said he heard this virus came to be by someone eating a bat in China and that is how he got sick. Hopefully we can all get back to our appointments as soon as possible!

Yes I'm so worried about this whole thing. I have not heard from nurse if I'm approved. Hopefully this virus goes away as quickly as it came. My last step is picking up my optifast . Then surgery God help us all !

I have been waiting for insurance approval. It has been almost 2 weeks since I have heard from the case manager / nurse. I really want to get my appointment to pick up my optifast . Really want my surgery date!!!
