  2. I've done it just from eating too fast and it is awful....I do know that if you over eat or something gets stuck get some papaya enzymes and chew 4 of them and it helps digestion....it is a miracle! Sent from my SM-N975U using BariatricPal mobile app

  5. I started at 285, my surgery date was 12/4/19 I had the Rouen Y Gastric Bypass. My current weight 4 weeks out is 255.9 and I am 5'6". My goal weight is 140. It was the best decision I have ever made in my life and I would do it again in a heartbeat. Good luck to you!!!
