  1. I am a prebander and I am so ready for this to happen and I just talked to my provider and they said that this is not covered in the policy I asked even if this is necessary they said no I can't believe this I have BCBS plus I think they are trying to make me change my mind (but its aready made up) I don't see why they won't consider this and that they can just say no WHAT IN THE WORLD!
  2. I called my insurance company BCBS (PPO) to ask if the Lapband is covered and the person on the phone put me on hold and came back to say "no" your policy does not cover this surgery. I asked even if it is medical necessary she said "no" what in the world! I can't believe this I am going to a meeting at Northwestern and I must ask this question. I wonder if the company is giving me a hard time so that I will change my mind?
  3. I believe this is what I want to be banded I should have started this a long time ago but today is just fine. I have an appointment for next Thursday to get more information.
