  1. Thank you everyone, you have me feeling better and some more options!!!! In response to no sugar I was told all sugar free...no sugar at all. As far as mints I was just thinking for something a little solid to have in my mouth!!! im definitely going to try the isoprene...those were never mentioned!!! Thank you!!! Okay I feel better I hope I can do this!!!!
  2. Crystal, I had my surgery done Wednesday and I am having some tenderness and I think it’s because I’m scared to move to much. I definitely don’t want to wind up in the hospital again that was awful!!! We are basically a week apart! I’m craving food and I have thought several times what the hell did I do?? What food are you on now?? I cannot stomach the shakes. Let’s do this together!!!!
  3. I am completely melting down. Cannot get the shakes down!! All I’m doing is water and sugar free pops and drinks. Is this okay?? And are sugar free mints allowed??
