  6. Wow you sound like me. I too am hypothyroid and am two weeks post op and have only lost 15 lbs. I eat and drink less than 700 calories a day. My PCP just changed my thyroid meds to 1.75 mcg a day so I hope that makes a difference in my weight loss. I don't drink enough water so that could be it too. Don't get discouraged we are already in it. The weight will come off. We have to just stay encouraged.
  7. Take biotin pills for your hair and nails.
  8. I'm two weeks post op and have only lost about 15 lbs. Should I have lost more? I know I don't drink enough water so could that be the problem?
