My pre-op diet starts on the 23rd and it’s 3 shakes, yogurt and clear liquids for 12days and then clear liquids the last two days.

@november11 I’m doing good just a little scared and excited all at the same time. My insurance just approved my sleeve and my surgeon office schedule it for the 5th. It’s so real that all the hard work for the past 7 months

My surgery is scheduled for November 5th, I’m excited and scared all at the same time.
