    This is my first time to be on this forum. I want to share with you a great protein drink called ISOPURE. It has 40gm of protein and it comes in many fruit flavors: icy orange, apple melon, pineapple banana, etc. It's a see thru liquid not a shake. I find it very refreshing. It is sold at GNC and in many health food stores. Good luck everyone.
