  1. Go see your doctor ASAP. I had this issue for months after VSG I wasn't able to hold down anything even liquids like h20. After several ER trips for dehydration and Abdominal pain, plus 4 cts, 2 xrays, and various scans and blood testing, I had to have emergency gallbladder removal surgery. My gallbladder had stopped functioning correctly was full of dark almost black sludge and was beginning to effect my other organs. Even after surgery Still had foam and throwing up. This was so bad it caused me to develope a hiatal hernia. The hernia I was told would heal over time and as I lost more weight. It took about 7 months to even see a slight improvement.
