  1. Just had my surgery on 10/17/19 and currently on liquids and protein shakes for the next 2 weeks, goal is 60gm of protein a day. I have had nothing but nausea which is making taking in any sips of liquid quite intolerable. Even food commercials are making me nauseated ?.

  3. Thank you Linda this is exactly what I needed. Even in my exercise group we have this saying which is “remember your why” when we feel like stopping. This is my journey now and has been, there is no stopping me. Thank you for your words and congratulations on your October surgery date also ?.

  5. Hi everyone after 9 long months I have my surgery date on 10/17. Although I am super excited, seeing a recent post on an acquaintance’s social media has be a bit nervous. He talks about the good, bad and ugly from his 5 year post gastric surgery journey. I must say this is making me feel conflicted now about the surgery. Any positive thoughts or vibes?
