I’m so sorry. The frustration and adjustments are real. Just keep your head up. Make sure to drink your 64oz a day of water or I drink Powerade Zero or both. That will help with flushing your system. Remember your body is in chaos and learning to readjust now. Best wishes.

Oh thank you, it was 7 days yesterday for me & was loosing 2lb a day but today it’s only part of a 1lb so hopefully it will be same for me ?
