Hi! My surgery is on the 15th and I'm really excited for it. I've been doing the Optifast diet for 9 days, 5 more to go. Then it's just clear liquid for 2 days. I'm very ready for this. I'm nervous, but overall excited!

Hi! Is there anyone else out there who is in Canada and going through the pre-op process? I'm in Ontario and would love to talk to anyone, especially if you go to St. Jo's in Hamilton. The staff there are wonderful and very informative! I'm scheduled to have surgery on October 15!! I'm so excited to get started on this journey. I've already lost 35 lbs on my own!
