I'm Oct 23rd too!!! Woohoo!!

I too will need a buddy and hope that putting myself here will help that happen. I have my pre-OP apt next Tues! Woohoo! I'm done with all of my appointments! Phewww! I'm still nervous cause I think that this is not real until the day I actually check in for surgery. I hope to have an Oct date and have been going back and forth between the sleeve and bypass. I am already working on mindful eating and the 30/30/30. That is the hardest thing for me so far cause I want to immediately drink water after I eat. Lol
Anyhow, I would love to keep on touch with u and wish u well on this amazing journey![emoji4]

Coming to the end of my 6 months supervised weight loss visits, per insurance requirement. Everything has been submitted to insurance for approval. Should have an answer in two weeks or so. If all goes well I am looking at the end of Oct for surgery. I would like to get to know any other sleevers or those who are on the journey to be sleeved. Needing a great support system/ friends during this journey. Feeling alone in this since I don't have the support from family at this time.
