    I’m On day 6 out of surgery, doing great and yea the walking helps the gas pain. Had to take some miralax to get things rolling and that helped a lot with the bloat i had. Having no problem drinking water. Sugars have been on the lower end of 70. Been on clear liquids, follow up is tomorrow to move to full liquids and i can’t wait lol.
