  1. I am almost 5 years out and I still get stuck from time to time. It usually happens when I either eat too fast or I am stressed. There are some foods that I could eat 2 years ago that just do not agree with me now. Live and learn:)
  2. I had surgery in 2007. I weighed 246 and within 18 months I had lost 120 pounds. I say with guilt that I did this without much exercise. It was a very easy for me to lose the weight and I have kept most of the weight off. I have had some issues with my band tilting so it creates some issues and I have had fluid removed. I have gained about 20 pounds backover the last 2 years mostly due to lack of trying. I have started working out and watching what I eat. My insurance no longer covers anything to do with weight loss so I am trying to lose the good old fashion way instead of going in for a fill that will cost me $300.00.
  3. Hi, My name is Tonya. I have never joined one of these sites but I thought I would give it a try. I had surgery June 14 2007. It was the best thing that I have ever done and has been very easy for me. I never have been sick and the weight keeps coming off with little exersice. I am very luck. I have lost 100 pounds already and am close to my goal... or what I am told is my goal as I never really set one. The only thing that has been a issue for me is my port. Mine is on my right side of my belly button and causes issues when I wear a belt and sit down or when sleep on my stomach. I have been told that I can get a low profile port if needed so Ithink that I will be heading in for that. I can lay on my back and see the lump from the port. Kinda weird if you ask me.
