  3. Almost 15 years ago, I was blessed with the gift of new life. A rebirth. I’d be lying if I said it has been all roses because it hasn’t. There will be battles rather you are on the bench or not. Chose wisely how you expend your energies. Use it to fight for your life. It’s been 15 years, I have never regretted having surgery. I wouldn’t change a thing. I have an Instagram account( @200poundsgone) I share other amazing weight loss transformations. Come share your transformation and or help encourage someone, be that light people need to make it out the dark.
  4. I haven’t tried on a costume in years, mainly because I could never fit anything. For some reason this one is so symbolic to me. I wanted the girls to dress up in a incredible costume but they had other ideas of what they wanted to be this year. Maybe next year ? . . Do we like it ?? or NO ?? . .
  5. Nothing has come easy during my weight loss journey but I refuse to give up on myself. After truly finding what best works for me, how could I cheat, or stop. I would love to share your transformations on my Instagram @200poundsgone
