Then in big letters says biotin boost they r the best and like $5.00 eachThe safest way is meralax in Powerade it's safe to even use the whole container just drink it with electrolytesI used to have long thick blonde hair than after 5 months it came out like I was on chemo I tried biotin boost shampoo and conditioner from Hask u can buy it at Walmart it did me wonders my hair is finally stop coming out in clumps. Then every other day I do argan oil mixed with vitamin e in my scalp and ends it has helped a lot
