  1. I'm just about 2 weeks out (surgery was June 20, starting weight was 240) and I think I've already hit a stall-- I've lost a total of 15lbs already but the scale has been only going up and down by like .5 lbs for about 4 days now.. anyone else hit a stall this early on?
  2. I had a really rough time with gas as well. I drank lots of peppermint tea-- that really seemed to help break up my gas!
  3. Hi guys! So I'm just at 9 days post op and I just started to introduce protein shakes/thicker soups back into my diet. It takes me *forever* to eat, though, and every time I swallow what little bit I do put in my mouth, I get this weird pain/nausea/heartburn in my chest/upper stomach area. I take small, slow spoonfuls and space them out time-wise. Anyone else experience this or anything like it? Any tips?
