Wheezy Whispers-AKA September's Goals
Yes Mandi, you will need one more fill. When you have lost sooooo much weight, and are soooo petite and tiny, and your band is almost hanging off your stomache, you'll need one more fill. You know, for the last 3-5 lbs!!!

I use to LIVE for Buffets, Now I think there a total waste of money. Jack is right about one thing though, if I'm in the mood for some "intimate serious eating" after a paced around having a bit of a hissy fit, I Actually Do Something Else. I'm getting much more done around here.

Lambing officially started this morning. We had 2 singles, 1 set of twins and 1 set of triplets born this morning. No black ones yet!!

Chronicles of Cloe!!!!!
Yes, mows and fertilizes at the same time...lol...problem is they like to eat the flowers first. I don't think I could fit the black lamby in the envelope. Mandy, Yes, they are tagged when they are born, with just a little weenie tag with a number, it is written down, so that later we know which mommy they belong to.

Wheezy Whispers-AKA September's Goals
I think Dr. Mumford does his own fills. Dr. Cobourn usually does his as well. Marie did ours last time, but was training the other nurse on how to do them. So maybe eventually the nurses will do the fills, to relieve the dr.s. But thats just my take on things.

Starving
Enjoy your filet tonight, eat all the things you love, you can stuff yourself, but when you do, remember that stuffed feeling, "like your the fullest person in the world stuffed", and know that you will never feel that horrible feeling again, and you'll still be eating that filet in a few months from now. How neat is that!!

Yoda's Jedi Journals (aka Yoda's Yammerin's)
probably green, eventually. It really isnt as bad as it sounds. It happens when food is stuck, it's your bodys way of getting rid of it. If you have food stuck, it's almost a relief to slime, to get it unstuck. But don't forget that if we chew, chew, chew and eat slow, you can avoid this:) .

Another Canadian, eh
Hey green, very interesting. Aircrafts? Oh, and by the way, Loriely, who you calling crazy:wacko:!!

Yoda's Jedi Journals (aka Yoda's Yammerin's)

Chronicles of Cloe!!!!!
Thanks guys, yes I feel good. The funny thing is just a short 6 months ago I hadnt even talk to a LB surgeon yet, WOW, time flies. Argon/Mandi - your making me verrrry nervous! In a pickle - Yes we do have black ones. Out of about 300 lambs we might get around 10. Usually always from white ewes and visa versa. Yes it is much better to be born a little ewe. Baby rams are sent to market, unless we sell the odd one to someone for breeding, but we dont keep them. Yes we breed the same mommy ewes, we keep records on each one, like if they breed every time, how many lambs they have, how much there lambs weighed at weaning time, etc...If they are good moms, they will stay with us forever, if not, well, its off to market for them too.

Another Canadian, eh
When I first came to this site a few months back, there was barely anyone on this Canadian thread. I got all my questions answered on the main forum. There were sooooo many wonderful americans there to help me. We can help you here, but sometimes the question is one that you might want more ideas or input. They have a whole lot more people on there threads. I still like to visit and post, but I feel at home here.

New To All This !
Me too. The thought of having my organs rearranged, was a real no-no for me. I wasnt sure if I wanted the surgery at all, becaause I was so nervous. I picked lap band because I thought if it didnt work out, I could take it out and my guts would still be normal.

anyone from whitehorse on here????
Yoda, you've been everywhere. You sure you just didn't dream that you lived in all those places...lol...actually, don't laugh, I sometimes dream somethings happened only to find out weeks later it didn't. Shut up Yoda! I know your gonna say something.

Canadian "AUGUST" Challenge
Yes Kim it is awefully expensive, but if you ever do buy some you MUST buy Canadian lamb. There is no comparison between Canadian Lamb and New Zealand. Actually I try to buy everything Canadian if I can. The farmers in Canada are getting rooked. I won't shop at M&M's anymore because they import all there meat. Okay, thats my agricultural lecture for today. Class dismissed.
