Hi all, have been reading your blogs for over a onth now, im 4 days into my pre op milkshake diet, soooo hungry though. im eating veg and salad and 1 piece of chicken or fish a day. finding it hard as i can only have 1 piece of fruit a day also and i hate the milkshakes that were provided. only 11 days to go until my operation and very very scared. The main reason is that i have never been put to sleep before and scared i wont wake up or their will be complications???? Does anyone know if my hunger pains will dissappear soon???
