I drank bottle wine and ate tub Ben and Gerry ice cream - 5 days prior to my surgery. Was totally weak with hunger. Busy day at work. Kids crazy evening time. Hi June Group, I'm day 6 on liquids only. Strangely go from feeling empowered and have such clarity and feeling episodes of sheer excitement that Surgery day is coming June 11th ... to then feeling nervous and scrambling to think have I got my post OP food plan in place. Hi. My date is 11th June... pre op diet starts next sin 26th may. Just got my final confirmation from consultant. Cannot believe this is happening. Its surreal as of its not happening. Need to get my head together to focus on preparation for weeks post op. Im work full time and mum to 3 kids aged 13, 10 and 7 years. Lost and regained weight - 5 stone. Hi. You have the same surgery date as me. Im getting the MGB . I had been eating +++ to the point im sick of food and alcohol. Im getting surgery done privately so no follow up with any team.
