    This is the best but some people say they can taste it so you might want to add your water flavoring.

    Tons of fluids including broth w/a pinch of sea salt (to help absorb electrolytes) and some sort of electrolyte supplement (sugar free versions of Propel, Gatorade,etc)
    But as always... Ask your team first ?
