  6. My doc and dietitian also said not to count calories and to just stick to the eating plan. The dietitian said it creates more success because if you don't eat enough calories of protein sometimes people will use the extra room in the "recommended" calories to justify bad eating/liquid calories etc. The dietitian also added that the "minimum" calorie requirements are not based on any established science.
  7. My doc told me that the most important thing to remember is not to drink for an hour after you eat.
  8. I just use saucers now as my plate and only fill about half of it with my food. I am 5 weeks out and just learning what "full" feels like now.
