  1. 3 months 2 weeks but I only have 4 1/2 months if hair on my head!
  2. I just need to tell someone who cares or understands my anguish about going bald my hair is literally coming out in clumps, strands falling out when the wind blows. This is effing devastating. I get 100gms of protein. I drink 80 oz or more of water. I take ALL supplements and NEVER miss. And I **** you not I am literally looking at wigs. I can't even breathe.
  3. I had rny 3/23/19 and on 3/25/19 ended up having emergency surgery for am intestinal blockage and internal bleeding. I spent 1 week in CCU with plasma infusions, and blood infusions. I'm 3 months out now and I'm ALWAYS afraid! I suffer severe anxiety that there is something wrong with me. I'm crying alot. I have issues sometimes with eating food and I think it's a complication I am afraid of what I've done to myself I'm always like "What if?" I went to a therapist and my Dr. and I was given Wellbutrin but I'm afraid to take that because I don't know what it will do to my pouch. I have no one in my life that has had this surgery that can tell me everything will be okay. And on this forum all I see is horrible things that can happen to me but Im desperately searching for people who can help me feel better about this surgery and have POSITIVE experiences. I've heard that hormones can make you feel like this is that true? SOMEBODY please I know you don't know me but I need help.
  4. The day after my gastric bypass I had to go back to the ER due to SEVERE pain. After hours in the ER with signs of shock I was transferred to another hospital and had emergency surgery due to an intestinal blockage secondary to intestinal adhesions from a previous surgery I had YEARS ago. I'm just glad my surgeon saved my life because I almost lost it that day. Another blockage or adhesion can happen at any time because I've had previous abdominal surgeries, the GB had nothing to do with the blockage.
  5. I need all the help I can get. This is a difficult journey. And I have NO PROBLEM asking for help

  9. I am SO glad I came across this. I literally feel like I have been losing my mind. I cry, have anxiety, bordering on panic, buyer's remorse anxiety about how I'm going to live like this. Am I ever going to be normal again. ALL of the things she spoke of in the video. I'm in tears now knowing I'm going to be ok and I'm normal.
  10. Yes It was gastric bypass. I have an appt. With my surgeon June first and everyone keeps saying it takes some people longer but it is really hard.
  11. Yes I try to eat foods I'm SUPPOSED to be able to eat and I eat small bites with a timer so I don't eat too fast and I chew till it can't be chewed anymore and STILL I throw up with some things, so I gave to go back to liquids. It's getting to me and I find I'm CONSTANTLY worried that I'm never going to be normal again like being able to eat food like a normal person.
  12. I'm 8weeks out and I feel like I'm never going to be normal! I'm always afraid of complications. I'm having issues with foods. It's taking me forever to advance and I get NO HELP from my dietician she doesn't even answer calls or emails and i can't seem to find another one. I just want to be ok.
