  1. I’m just a bit frustrated and concerned at the same time. But I am also opened to advice and comments to get me on the weight loss path again. At looking at your statistics you are taller than me but our starting weight was about the same. I know everyone is different, but would like to know what is working for you
  2. Since the beginning of my weight loss journey, I am down 100 lbs, and I feel wonderful. However, I’m 6 mo post-op gastric sleeve and have stalled in my weight loss. I am not what you would call extremely active but much more so since I’ve lost some weight. My water intake lacks, and I also find it difficult to to get in my required protein on a daily basis without drinking at least 1 protein supplement. I have a follow up next month with my nutritionist. Jut wanting to know if anyone else has this problem and if there are any suggestions to jumpstart my weight loss again.
