  1. Thanks! I actually thought my shake might be the problem. I was always lactose intolerant but could handle my shakes pre-op. This clearly isn't the case now.
  2. Hey, everyone! I am now 5 days post op and I am feeling very weak. I am trying to drink water, but I am so afraid of overdrinking. I also realized that drinking protein shakes makes me feel ill. I get a major case of the stomach rumbles. Is that normal? Every single time I drink anything, I also get pain in my chest. I am full of gas and it won't come out D': Drinking just causes pressure and pain. I don't remember anyone else mentioning this. Is this normal? How have you differentiated between gas and heartburn? I'm so lost and I feel terrible.
