  1. Hello: I just had my first visit with a nurse navigator today - considering the sleeve. I’m 38, 5’ 10”, current weight is 310 pounds, have had diabetes type II for 13 years ( current A1c is 8.9). BMI is 44. I’m going for a surgical eval 4/30, and then after than I can schedule my first nutrition class. My insurance (Aetna) requires that I don’t gain any weight from now until surgery. Given that my nutrition visit won’t be for a few weeks, does anyone have an easy sample meal plan they followed? Thank you in advance!
