  1. I have Protein S deficiency which is also a blood clotting disorder. When pregnant I was on shots of heparin or lovenox. When I have surgery I get a shot of heparin 2 hours before surgery, stay overnight and have pressure things on my legs and I am on heparin or lovenox for a few weeks after surgery. I have not had a clot. Feel free to send me a message if you need to know more. My surgeon had me get my hematologist send him a letter to ok me for the surgery. If you dont have a hematologist yet I would recommend you get one. Good luck.
  2. Thanks everyone. This mother's day is not fun... Im on clears. YUCK. Steffie - I also had surgery. I have PCOs and had ovarian drilling. I was pregnant 2 mos later. My 13 mo old was a nice surprise. I had given up on having babies when I got pregnant. We are still hoping for one more after Ive lost weight.
  3. I adopted my oldest 2. I got pregnant with my 2 yr old 3 weeks after I adopted my stepdaughter Amber. Its amazing how that happens haha.
