  1. I think it is because I have been under alot of stress this year and the band does not stop my usual comfort foods from going down...self control is just totally failing me right now...
  2. In the morning, it is best to drink something warm first. The band will give more...
  3. Hi Shelly, You have to really make sure you are not emotional eating, because if you are, you have to overcome those issues first. The band does not stop the bad things from going down. chocolate, ice cream, chips, and all the fattening things you love go right on down. You have to supply the will power... For me, no. The things I typically overeat are not stopped by the band. Charmed
  4. Hello, I have been a member since I was banded in September 2006, but I changed my name becuase my doctor's office sees everything I write... I need some support to help me get back on the wagon. I am heavier now than b4 being banded...I don't know what to do??? Anyone been in my place b4? :smile:
  5. Hello, I have been banded for 2 years, and had some lobster Pasta today. Did not go down well even in small bites. I'd do some tilapia if I were you... Have a great time on your vacay!
