    My doctor just sent a referral to the SF office yesterday. Can anyone tell me what to expect? Will I be contacted? Also, I live in Sacramento and am really concerned about having to go to SF each week. When I asked my doctor he said some can be done here in Sac, but mostly in SF. Is it really once a week to SF? Any information is appreciated.
