  1. Did your doc mention how long this stall will last? Im very stressed out over this. For over 20 yrs ive dealt with hypothyroidism and hashimoto's. Ive tried every diet n exercise plan, even trainers and lost nothing. I finally worked up the nerve to do the surgery and to stall at 4 weeks is freaking me out. I know they say its normal so im trying to stay positive, just wondering how long does the stall last.
  2. ok i will start adding more protein shakes. im at week 4 so i can have soft foods. By tuesday i can add fish and tuna fish so im hoping that helps.
  3. so could not eating enough protein stop weight loss? I'm having trouble getting anywhere close to the amount of protein im suppose to be taking in. I'm having trouble meeting my fluid intake as well... just wondering if this is whats causing my stall (actually 2lb weight gain)! at 4 weeks.
  4. So i lost 20lbs by 3-1/2 weeks, by 4 weeks i had gained 3lbs. Is that normal??
