  1. I was stalled for a bit several weeks ago and it's slowed down for me even after the stall, but I've started doing a lot more cardio and strength training. I'm down to 300 pounds as of this morning. 114 lost from highest weight, 81 lost from surgery date.
  2. I’m down 44 pounds from surgery date today, and 77 from my highest weight.
  3. I had been taking 4 medications for diabetes for several years. Was very close to adding insulin to it, but was managing to keep it somewhat controlled with the meds I was already on - even with all that I was running blood sugars of 150+. Not sure if that meets the requirements for resistant. I'm a month out from surgery and have been able to cut 2 of the diabetes meds and a blood pressure med out altogether already and am seeing blood sugars of 120.
  4. @sallie Lindsey Thats awesome! Nice to have someone who started the post op journey on the same day I'm still finding it somewhat difficult to make myself believe I finally had the surgery. I had thought about it for years and years until finally making up my mind to go through all the requirements late last year.
  5. Had surgery on 3/22 and just had my month check up yesterday - down 36lbs so far. Reading through the comments above, I'm also fluctuating with gaining a few and then losing some.
  6. I had surgery on 3/22 and went back after two weeks. I think another week would have helped though even though I have a desk job.
