  3. Hi everyone keep getting these ‘hunger pains’ even when full. Feels like acid maybe?! they come and go but when they are here is painful and can’t sleep op was in August. Did a bit of searching, gremlins apparently any ideas how to stop them as driving me loco! having three meals a day, plenty of water and trying so hard not to drink water with food exercising at least two-three hours a day burning 2500 calories a day Plenty of sleep when i don’t have these pains, it’s much easier!! taking reflux pills which help a little Weight so slow coming off now. sorry for the essay !! thanks everyone
