I buy cases of Hint water because it goes down like a dream. Plain water irritates my stomach

Same reason i drin,k Nestle Splash calorie free flavors, plain water tastes bitter, kind of like what i think bile tastes like. IDK why,but it has almost since my surgery 7 months ago.

I drink crystal light in my water or have Gatorade zero. The blue and yellow are surprisingly delicious. I did plain water for a while and quite frankly, it’s boring. You have lots of no or very low flavor options. Mio, crystal light, Gatorade, etc. I count Gatorade as my water intake as it’s mostly water.

Pedialyte will also work but I only get it for my dog when she’s sick so I can’t speak to the flavors.

The first time it was in Ft. Lauderdale. All other trips to Ft. Lauderdale and Orlando we only used bottled. I am just mindful now when i travel.

Some people find that tap water doesn't agree with them post up. You may consider getting a filter if you find tap doesn't agree with yoy. In the hospital, I ended getting my husband to bring me smartwater to finish my water challenge. The water from a filtered machine was just too metallic tasting. Hydration is hydration get it how you can!

The infant water like the nursery brand or Gerber water is lower in Flouride and contain special minerals for baby. I used them to make formulas for my kids.

Hello, I stayed 3 days to much for me but you can’t hold the baby for a while. At least until your doctor says it’s okay. I have a baby too and I was told I couldn’t hold him for 6 weeks. So I just lay in bed and play with him from there. Can’t do much because you can hurt your insides. I’m in so much pain it’s not even funny and it’s been 3 weeks for me.

Hi everyone - my surgery was on 3/18. Wanted to join the March group for some support! I wish I would have joined before my surgery as I was absolutely petrified of having surgery and was 2nd guessing the surgery I chose, but glad that part is behind me and just looking forward to the future!

I am three weeks and two days out. At two weeks, I was always dizzy, passed out several times and had a seizure once. The doctor told me to drink more water, but I simply couldn't drink more than I was because I was always full and it wold hurt to eat or drink. The good news is that in the last week and a half I have improved dramatically--no more dizziness, and it's gotten so much easier to drink. Hang in there!

I got the gastric bypass about 3 weeks ago. I regret everything!! I wish I never did it. My body has changed to the worse. I haven’t lost weight but I’m constantly in pain. I have to go to the doctor every six month for the rest of my life because my body doesn’t reproduce the nutrition it needs anymore. I’m worried for my life once I get older. When I won’t be able to keep up with the vitamins. It’s a lot to think about. I wish I had someone talking some good sense in me.

Two weeks in and I feel terrible. It hurts to walk even drinking is the worse. I already visited the emergency room a week after surgery because I couldn’t take it anymore. Advice please be careful taking a shower. I have to do it sitting down since I’ve already passed out.

    Howdy!
I’ve been a lurker here for over 10 years. I have wanted this surgery and prayed for it. Through a divorce, job changes (which mean insurance changes), disabled son’s surgery, Lupus diagnosis and then prescribed steroids, I have wanted and needed this surgery. But it wasn’t until about 6 months ago when we moved to Florida that I realized it was actually a real possibility. And it was, and is. And it’s happening tomorrow, March 27th. I haven’t wanted to post anything because I honestly didn’t believe it would happen. Can it be real???

I think that is very rude for a coworker to come to you and ask you personal questions.. I would of said excuse me, mind your own business and find someone else to question about there personal journey!!!!! That's what I would of said. No one's business but yours, now if you tell them then that's on you. People are something, I would have a field day telling them about themselves... That's my 2cents....

After 7 months one of my teammates came up and directly asked me if I had surgery. I paused, then flat out lied and said no. I followed up the lie with truth. My Dr scared me into losing weight plus my Dad died at 58. Said I'm eating significantly fewer calories, tracking on an app, focusing on protein to keep me full, and exercising more. She said that it was inspirational, although she never really said I look good. Guess I just need to be satisfied with the inspirational comment. Most people who have come up to me have said I look good and asked what I've done to lose the weight, but until now no one has mentioned surgery. Wondering if others are thinking it. Regardless, I'm happy I'm keeping this private. #mysecretismine #liar
