  1. @Lorraine first of all congrats to you. Before the surgery I used to get occasional consti because I at times ignore fruits and water but after surgery and taking the iron tablets makes me feel consti ask the time and the feeling ain't great I'm still trying to find the solution that works the most for me so I'm trying out the suggestions so I do hope you can and will find the best solution for you.
  2. I'm willing to try things to get a relief. This pain is unbearable

I stayed one night in hospital and then I was discharged the following day, I would say make sure you have your fluids ie water and try to move if you can because the more you move the better it will be. The pain wasnt much my threshold is very high. Oh you will definitely need your hubbies help in the first few days because bending and lifting is not advisable . Mine helped to bathe me and I appreciated it so much. Good luck and take care.

  5. Hi this is my first post I had the op in Dec last year and I have lost 50lbs don't know if I should losing more but I have a major problem im constipated all the time I have tried laxatives and still feeling that way. Help is there any suggestions to help me ease my pain?
