    Hi everyone ... my surgery is 3 days away... tomorrow starts my clear liquid diet for 2 days. No protein shakes. No solid foods. Just water, apple juice, broth, jello. I’m so excited for the surgery, but scared of getting through the next 2 days. Any advice? Any experience with this? How hungry did you get?

    My date is April 2nd. I’m on the Optifast diet 7 days in. It’s been pretty smooth so far. Today I wanted to eat the arm off my husband. I’m getting the bypass. I’m very excited... And I wish you all the best!

    Hi everyone, I’m on day 4 of the pre-op diet. Surgery date is April 2. Anyone else with an April date? Any advice from others already gone through the surgery? I have to travel next week, due to work. Any advice on how to manage the diet?
