happyvsg got a reaction from Aprilgal in 1 year out and dissappointed in myselfI just had my one year post op anniversary. I have lost 83lbs and still need to lose 30 to 40lbs to hit my goal. I feel like I could have done better and I'm comparing myself and I shouldn't but it's so hard not to.

It sounds like you and I are on similar paths. I'm at 11 months and have lost 78 lbs and I have about 40 left to lose. I contented myself with losing very slowly. Could I have been more faithful to the bariatric diet? Yes. But I'm happy and I feel great and to me, that's all that matters.
