  3. I haven't taken any pictures. I have lost over 30 lbs and not many people say anything. I don't really care either. It will be obvious around 50 lbs but I am only concerned about me at this point.
  4. Awesome job! I have lost 33 lbs since Jan 16th and am happy with that but discouraged over the air I get in my stomach when I try to eat! I then get sick. Not always when I stick to soup, cottage cheese, applesauce etc. Maybe ots too early to advance.
  5. I had my sleeve on Jan 16th. I have had heartburn but it is improving. Drs here put you on omeprazole for about 1 mth because it is common after surgery. I also put the head of my bed up which helps.
  6. Thank you, I will stick with soft food for now and advance slowly.

  8. Thank you. I wasn't taking a tablespoon at a time. Do you think all the air in my stomach is that reason?
  9. I had surgery 7 weeks ago. Everything went great until introducing regular food. 3 bites I fill with air, belch, feel horrible and usually get sick! I don't use straws, drink soda etc. I chew my food well as instructed in classes. Help!!
