    Yes, they did say to stay off the scale but i didnt listen.

    I am excited and nervous as the surgery day gets closer. I started on liquids only today and surprisingly it has been ok. My question to all that read this is after surgery will I need help at home and for how long. I need to make arrangements now. Thanks Any advice would be great! [emoji4]
