    A really good one is "Lapband for Life" by Dr. Ariel Ortiz, M.D. It can be ordered off of Dr. Ortiz's website, Obesitycontrolcenter.com or on Amazon.com. It may also be available on Ebay.

    I went to Dr. Alejandro Quiroz in Tijuana, MX. His website is Cosmed.com. I had a full face lift, body lift and arm lift after my 103 lb. weight loss with the band from Dr. Ortiz. He has done PS on weight loss patients for many years and does beautiful work at least 1/2 the price of doctors in the US. His office is gorgeous and modern and all staff are English speaking.
