  1. Thanks for the quick answer! My initial consult is in 1 1/2 weeks and I guess I'll have a sit down with the insurance/financial admin. at that time. Obviously, I'm concerned about the money aspect, but I really don't want to be put to sleep a second time if I can get both procedures at the same time. I have severe sleep apnea as well and this puts me in a higher risk category (I'm told) with the anesthesia.
  2. Any news yet whether insurance pays for lap band when going in for hiatal hernia repair?
