  7. Hi ladies, I had my sleeve surgery 2 days ago, and have been extremely nauseous. The thought of another protein shake makes me want to throw up. However, the thought of sugar free popsicles sounds amazing. I did have 3 sugar free popsicles, but read I should only have shakes for a week. Has anyone else does this? Of course I'm scared now. I feel fine though
