  1. You're all in my prayers!!!!!
  2. Thank you so much for answering the actual question.
  3. Lol. Funny my neighbor gave me one of those and I thought it was decent.
  4. I don't normally drink soda. I really just like water milk. I every once in a while will drink a Powerade zero or a diet soda. Maybe twice a month I have one or the other. I'm just worried that decayed I can't eat I'm going to get tired of the milk and water which is kind of how I'm feeling. I don't want it every day even. I just thought I could have one to change it up but it doesn't matter now. I bought vita water and I'm satisfied.
  5. Can I drink diet soda on my pre op liquid diet?
  6. I agree with sheribear. This is YOUR time and you have to do what's right for you but on a side note if doing it June would bring you less stress then maybe that's also a consideration? For me and maybe you feel this way as well...I didn't want to wait to start my new life. I do think that once other teachers see the newer happier healthier you they will be nothing but happy for you. Also on a selfish note I've been looking for a surgery twin and you'd be the closest lol! I'm the day before you! I really hope you get a little piece of mind through all of this soon so that you can enjoy what you have earned. [emoji173]
  7. Hi! My name is Jezzabelle! I'm 39. I live in MN. My date is March 14th. It's coming up fast and I also am feeling out of touch and am looking for a twin but don't seem to have one. I'm a singer and mother of a 19 year old college student and a 3.5 year old. I'm having the gastric bypass. My starting stats were 5'5 and 299lbs. I'm doing the liquid diet right now and I don't really think it's too bad to be honest. I'm down to 283 since starting on liquids. I was/am excited but 2 people today decided they needed to tell me surgery horror stories because people are thoughtless sometimes but forward I roll. Good luck to everyone. I'm really hoping to make some connections!
  8. Anyone else have March14th as their surgery date?
  9. I'm having the RNY on March 14th and I'm the lead singer in 2 bands. Oneof my bands has a gig booked on March 24th and one on April 6th. How long did it take you guys to heal? Any chance that anyone here thinks I'll be ready to rock by March 24th?
  10. When is your surgery? Mine is on the 14th and I'm also on the liquid diet right now.
  11. I'm drinking 3 shakes, 2 glasses of milk, broth, sugar free Jello, sugar free popsicles, and what I thought was enough water but perhaps I'll kick it up a notch. I can't have a banana though. Absolutely no food.
  12. My surgery is on March 14th. I'm doing my pre-op diet right now and last night I was waking up with terrible calve cramps. Anyone else have this problem?
  13. My vagina kept spasming a couple months ago. It weekly I for about a month. I asked Google went and a lot of the answers were something called vagemitisitis or something similar. If you Google what I did you will probably find the correct word. Women with it have pain during penetration. There are things you can do like massaging and stretching it. I think sometimes it ends up being a looking term thing. Look it up, show her, then she should see a Dr because there are things they can do to help. 14. That's awesome! I can't wait to feel better myself [emoji173]
  15. I'm the 14th! So far your date is the closest one to mine!
  16. Hope you're feeling well [emoji173][emoji173][emoji173]
  17. Hi! I'm New to this app! I have surgery scheduled for March 14th. A little nervous. I'm the first surgery of the day and hoping the Dr will be as sharp as his tools lol. I'll be starting my protein liquids diet on the 1st of the month even though they told me I didn't have to start until the 4th. I'm really excited about finding this community. I'm a very open book. I don't get offended very easily. I'm all ears and eyes right now taking in all this knowledge, experience, and points of view from the different personalities here. I'll be excited when I have something to give back to someone who is where I am now!
  18. I'm sorry, I'm just following your question to see what others say. Did you lose 100lbs in 6 months yourself or are you hoping to lose that much in 6 months? I have pcos myself and am having the RNY performed on March 14th.
