I feel for you and pray you don't lose much more. I thank you for posting on this topic. I am able to use some of the tips given to you. So a thank you to responders. I'm 5 months out and for the past 2 weeks I've started losing about 2 handfuls of hair. Thank God I have thick hair, but I'm still afraid of losing it all, because the amounts I am losing. I need to get back on track in regards to the vitamins and eating more protein.

I had my surgery about 5 months ago, January 29, 2019. I'm about to get tested Monday. My eyesight which is usually great, is changing for the worse; I'm also losing a lot of hair, having memory issues and a major problem concentrating. I heard that the eyesight could be because of a vitamin A deficiency. I've been bad about taking my vitamins for a couple of weeks and I still have problems eating enough to reach protein goals. I started the shakes again to increase levels of protein. Good luck and have a great weekend!

Congratulations. I just chuckled becaus last night I found my hip bones, albeit laying on my side. But before even while lying on my side I couldn't find them because of all my fat rolls. I'm down 60lbs and have another 120lbs to go. I can't wait until I can see/feel my ribs.
